Join us Friday, November 20 at Sophie La Gourmande for our Cake Friends-giving Workshop! In this 2-hour, beginner-friendly class, you’ll use Swiss meringue buttercream to transform your cake into the cutest pumpkin pie-inspired design!
We’ll demo how to stack + fill a cake, then guide you in "base icing” and finishing your cake, using classic piping techniques with some of our favorite tips. You’ll leave with a delicious pumpkin + maple cake that can be taken to any Friendsiving or Thansgiving celebration. This cake will last 5-7 days in the fridge, and 1+ months in the freezer.
Each ticket includes:
- 6” cake (serves 8-10)
- Cake Friends’ signature spread of snacks, sweets, cocktails + mocktails
(everyone is welcome to BYOB as well)
